    Getting around the legislation in this matter is really hard, as you need to get the plans approved by the relevant authorities. This can sometimes take a lot of time to come through.

As a custom home builder we are experts in taking care of all the paperwork and do all the work required to obtain both development and building permits whether it is an acreage build or a home within a town or in the City of Calgary. Along with blueprints that detail the 9.36 energy requirements, the local municipal govt will also require full engineering, truss and joist layouts, proof of our Alberta government builder licence, and enrolment of the project in a warranty program (Cornerstone Homes is a long standing member of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program).
